I can't believe I last posted in August!!! where's the time gone??? mind you a lot has been happening! We became proud grandparents in July to,a beautiful little girl called Eva!!! She is absolutely gorgeous! But, then I am biased!!! Then my mum had a fall in the garden and broke her hip on the first day of our holiday!!! Which put paid to us doing anything!!!!!! So now we are just getting back to normal hopefully and the poor cardmaking etc., has to be put on the back burner for a while!   But here is a card I made today for a good friend of mine's birthday, it feels good to be back crafting!!!!!!!!  Hope you like it.    I went to Ally Pally, the other weekend with some girls from our card crop and spent a few pounds!!!!!! Will show you the end results soon I Hope.!!   Thankyou for looking!!!!

Hello again, well we have had some glorious weather so card making has been a bit slow!  But since we got back from our hols the weather seemed to have taken a turn for the worse :( still, it has given me a chance to do some cards, so I thought that I would share them with you!! Hope  you like them they are a mixture of birthday cards and Christmas cards. The birthday cards are fairly easy to do one of them is simply stencils with a die stamp greeting  in the middle and simply added a butterfly! The other one and one of the Christmas cards is based on what we did at our card crop! With Clair, which I love such a versatile stamp (obviously from S.U) and the other Christmas card is just basically a gift tag die, added a sentiment which I embossed with dazzling diamonds and added a couple of die cut snowflakes!    Thankyou for looking x

I'm still in the process of sorting my craft room, didn't really think it would take this long,  it getting there slowly, I am really pleased with how it's going, haven't got much more to do so I thought I would share it with you!  In pride of place is my E Bosser which my hubby bought for me for our wedding Anniversary! Along with a bottle of  Coco  by Chanel!  I am so pleased with it and it was totally unexpected!!

Much better than last year leaving it till the last minute, like November!!!!   I am so pleased with it that I thought I would share it with you.  The backing paper is a stencil  which i did in silver and the stamp is a penny black which I got a couple of years ago,and love,I stamped and coloured it then put some dazzling diamonds on to make it all sparkly, unfortunately you can't really see it on the photo. I hope you like it, and thankyou for looking.

Here are a couple of more things I have done over the past couple of weeks, One of them is a little gift bag and the other is a birth congratulations card.  For the bag I used the WeRMemory Keepers gift bag maker which is amazing I love it it's the second board of theirs I have, the other one is the envelope maker which is just amazing! Highly recommended!!!.

Hello! What glorious weather! Too nice for crafting! But needs must! Here is a card I made for my son and wife to,celebrate their 3rd wedding anniversary? It was quite easy to make but I think quite pretty!   I embossed down the side and added some die cut hearts, stuck on with some foam pads then ran a silver chain through it and added a greeting! Hope you like it!

Here is another card!! I made it this afternoon after a visit to the Glitterpot with my best friend Sandie
I am really pleased with the result as it was only done quickly, you know what is like when you buy  something new! You just have to try it out! It's a very fine die, I just love butterflies and I think it will be one I will use again and again!! Can't wait till tomorrow when I can play with the rest of my new stash!!!!  Hope you like it!! Thankyou for looking!

Good afternoon! I have been having a play today and made a mans card from the new docraft "Heritage press" range, I really like these as men's cards are so hard to do design wise, I treated myself to the new dies and papers and really pleased with the end result, it took quite a while to do but I think it has turned out better than I thought.

Monday, 26 May 2014

Hello once again!! What a dreadful bank holiday this has been!!!! Well it's been a good excuse to get a little crafting in!! I have made a birthday card using my new tattered lace butterfly die and some papers which I found while I was clearing out! It's not for anyone special as I was just fiddling about! I hope you like it. Thankyou for looking.

Good afternoon! Hope you are all well.  I have had a fab morning sorting out my craft room.  I had a lovely unit for my surprise birthday present from hubby and father-in-law, and have spent a few hours sorting and throwing stuff away!!(it's surprising how many bits of tiny paper and card you keep "just in case") and reorganising them into lovely new boxes! I haven't quite finished but pleased with the results so far!  I really need to sort out my cardstock into trays but they are so expensive and at the moment it looks so messy!!! Hate mess!! But will have to do for now!!! So, here is a photo of it so far hope you like it! Thankyou for reading and looking. X

Here is a quick card I made for a work colleague whose birthday I forgot (oops!) I used the stampin up butterflies.  You can do so much with these stamps, a firm favourite of mine!!
